Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rwanda ICT Chamber website and related online services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
About the Chamber
The Rwanda ICT Chamber is a non-profit organisation. Content on this site describes our mission, programmes, and membership; it is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access systems without authorisation, distribute malware, scrape content in violation of these terms, or use the Services to harass others or infringe intellectual property.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Materials are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to the Rwanda ICT Chamber. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Rwanda ICT Chamber and its directors, staff, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Rwanda ICT Chamber from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these terms, where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Rwanda shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Services, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
