- How do I apply for membership?
- Start by contacting the membership desk at membership@ictchamber.rw. The team will guide you through registration, cluster alignment, fees, and onboarding, including materials and your membership ID.
- What are the annual membership fees?
- Commercial membership is structured in tiers (Bronze through Platinum) with annual fees published in the membership catalog. For example: Bronze 100,000 RWF, Silver 300,000 RWF, Gold 600,000 RWF, and Platinum 1,000,000 RWF. Confirm current rates and inclusions with the secretariat.
- What if my company has several businesses?
- Each legal entity should register separately and pay its own membership fees, as set out in the catalog under multiple business membership.
- What is the Trust Seal?
- Members are encouraged to hold a valid Trust Seal aligned with their cluster, issued through the Digital Business Institute (DBI). It supports credibility when accessing Chamber services.
- How do I request a specific service?
- Members can initiate requests through the member service request portal, by phone or email, or in person. The Chamber logs the request, assigns a focal point, delivers the service, confirms closure, and may follow up on impact.
