Established in 2011, we are the leading partner for organisations that want to share experience, network, and meet key players in Rwanda’s ICT ecosystem. Who can join

Types of membership

Whether you represent a company, an association, or work as an individual professional, there is a path into the Chamber ecosystem.

  • Commercial company membership

    Commercial companies or establishments carrying out any ICT-related activity may join as members.

  • Multiple business membership

    If you operate more than one business, each company should register with the Chamber and pay its own membership fees.

  • Associated membership

    ICT sector and regional associations, or other ICT-related organisations and institutions, may join as associated members.

  • Program partner membership

    Program partners support the implementation of programmes delivered by the Rwanda ICT Chamber secretariat.

  • Program membership

    Non-ICT commercial companies or individual professionals may join certain Chamber programmes without becoming full members.

  • Individual professional membership

    Individual professionals working in the ICT sector are eligible to become members.

Service access journey

    Service request

    Members submit a request (e.g. B2B linkages, training, advocacy, events) via the member service portal, phone, email, or in person.

  2. 2

    Needs assessment & logging

    The Chamber acknowledges the request, logs it, assigns a focal point, and classifies by type and urgency.

  3. 3

    Delivery

    The agreed service is delivered to the member.

  4. 4

    Confirmation & closure

    The Chamber confirms satisfaction and closes the case in the tracking system.

  5. 5

    Impact evaluation

    Follow-up to measure impact and identify future needs for continuous value.

Minimum requirements

Using membership services

To access Chamber services smoothly, members are encouraged to meet the following.

  • Active membership: registered member with valid membership status.
  • Policy compliance: participation in Chamber activities and adherence to relevant policies.
  • Valid Trust Seal: aligned with your cluster or association, issued through the Digital Business Institute (DBI).
